If you don’t take care of yourself,
you won’t be able to take care of others.

Being kind to yourself first is necessary before you can truly be kind to others.

자신한테도 마음 못 쓰면서
남들한테 잘하려고 하지 말자.

내가 나에게 먼저 따뜻함이
남에게 따뜻할 자격이다.
